I have been a Pearland iCryo costumer for two years. I met with Kara this morning for my bio-scan, which gives you information on your weight, hydration, body mass and a ton of other important factors concerning your health. She was attentive and friendly. Her overall customer service made my experience very enjoyable at iCryo. The business is always clean and comfortable. I recommend iCryo as a Christmas 🎄 gift or as a weekend treat! Happy Holidays 😊

4.5 stars Pros: -The space looks really clean and areas were labeled once disinfected. -The compression treatment gave me significant relief of some lower back and hip pain but it probably needs to be repeated regularly for lasting effects. -The CBD IV had me sleep a lot deeper that night. -The staff was really friendly and professional. -This location is in a busy area with other complementary wellness businesses like massage, gyms, martial arts, health food, stretching and yoga. Areas for improvement: -There needs to be a detailed explanation of cost variations between “lifestyle" services or "medical" services. -The cost of some of the services are higher than I’ve seen at other similar businesses of this type but that may just be a recent cost increase overall for supplies. Side note* I was charged for a service that I believed was included in the free day pass. I asked to be contacted by the manager regarding the $450 invoice. He reached out to me promptly to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. Overall, I would definitely recommend this business and location.

Give Sergio a raise! He was great from the time I called to change my appointment from 4pm to 1:30 pm yesterday. Somehow I got mixed up with their West University location which my mom and sister had been to because it's in the same building as my sisters salon. Anyway, I got there early, about an hour before my appointment and they still accommodated me. I started with free day pass leg compression then the icryo freezing room it was really cold, I almost made it the full 3.5 minutes!! It really helped my neck and back pain from an injury over 15 years ago. I'm still disabled but going here once a week will decrease my pain and help my insomnia! Next was the red light therapy and then the infra red sauna was next. I love spa days, and will be trying out more day spas in the Hpuston, Dallas, Austin and Los Angeles, CA area in the fall. Self care is important it's not a want it's a need to pamper our bodies! Health is wealth! The need to have bottled water, only thing I'd suggest. And music in the sauna room.instead of the ice cold room I was too busy freezing to enjoy the music 🎶 🎵 😅 😄 🙃 😎
